How many times have you found yourself with the challenge of figuring out the appropriate development plan for a manager or supervisor to insure they are providing the right type of leadership that is in line with the company values and principles?

What about newly hired or promoted leaders: how do you make sure they hit the ground running and transition into their new roles as quickly as possible?

If you’re like the vast majority of people, your experience tells you that a formal written development plan needs to put in place but you are unsure of the right process.

  • Develop with our clients the leadership competencies needed to insure attainment of the business goals.
  • Assist you in identifying the key players throughout the organization.
  • Assess the key players by identifying their strengths and weaknesses against the defined leadership competencies.
  • Formulate with the key players and their direct manager or supervisor a development plan for the first 12 months that will begin to address the needs identified from the assessment process.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support on either an individual or group basis.
